PHB input for the call for evidence Renewable Energy legal framework after 2030

PHB provided input focusing on the need to withdraw electricity for meeting transport targets and focus on replacing liquid and gaseous fuels with renewable fuels, distinguishing between mature technologies and creating submandates to support key new technologies.
