Conference Lectorenplatform Biobased Economy

On behalf of the Lectorenplatform Biobased Economy, we are glad to invite you to an inspiring day filled with valuable insights and knowledge sharing at the Conference Biobased Economy. This event focuses on the innovation and adoption of biobased materials and energy.

On Thursday November 13th, (associate) lectoren, (teacher) researchers, and practoren will be brought together for a day filled with presentation and interactive sessions. The morning will open with a warm welcome by Zuyd Hogeschool and the Lectorenplatform Biobased Economy, followed by a keynote from Martijn Zieverink on the state of transition. Afterwards, a panel discussion will bring together diverse perspectives to explore the future of the biobased economy.

During lunch, participants can network while visiting inspiring poster presentations by researchers and practitioners. Would you like to present your poster? You can indicate this when you register.

In the afternoon, we will focus on research with two rounds of parallel sessions on a variety of themes to dive into, such as fermentation, green chemistry, LCA and more. Between the sessions, you can engage with the poster presentations and exchange ideas during the break.

We will conclude the day with an informal networking moment over drinks.
