Nordsol opent bio-LNG installatie in Wilp

Op 11 september 2024 wordt in Wilp een bio-LNG installatie geopend door lid van het Platform Nordsol met partners Attero en Titan.

De installatie gaat lokaal biogas uit organisch afval omzetten in bio-LNG. De bio-LNG is met name bedoeld om in te zetten als hernieuwbare brandstof, en op deze manier in de scheepvaart zware stookolie te vervangen en in het vrachtvervoer de diesel in trucks te vervangen.
